This week's plan

I'm going to post this today, and if all goes as planned, I'll have a revised version up by Saturday.

also, maybe some prose, but I don't feel much like it.

Five Inane Statements

1.
I don't have to like these people
to show them Christ's love.
I can hate the very guts out of them
and pray for them and
that's all I need to do.

2.
Two o' fucking clock!
That is ridiculous!
No one should ever have
to eat dinner that late.

3.
I knew it was you when
I saw that cap and I said
"holy crap! I know that cap!"
but that's not totally true
I also said "holy shit!"

4.
It was
the best day
of my life.
I mean, sweet jeans!
And only $20!

5.
All I need to do
is find sweet jeans
and a holy shit cap,
and eat dinner late.
I don't have to like these people.
